Would definitely be Budapest. A houseboat cruise at my own pace in Europe would be a unique way to explore the scenic waterways, charming towns, and stunning landscapes Europe has to offer.
I would anchor my houseboat in Venice, Italy, where the enchanting canals and historic architecture inspire a sense of wonder. I'm channelling the romance and mystery found in Shakespeare's 'The Merchant of Venice', offering a backdrop rich with history and culture!
I would love to moor in the picturesque canals of Amsterdam. It would be a unique urban experience on the water where I could visit and discover the rich history of the city.
If I have the right to imagine, then probably a houseboat in a valley lake with a library and Cafe nearby!! New books with hot cocoa anytime you want and a beautiful scenery around. What more could one ask for :-)

London, because you can change your mooring every few days to be near a whole range of fabulous landmarks. I'd start by mooring near Big Ben.
Congrats Lorraine, you've won a copy of Kev and Trev.
Thanks so much, Allison! I've sent you an email. My kids will be pleased!
Mooloolaba harbour, because the Sunshine Coast is magnificent!
Congrats Kathryn, you've won a copy of Kev and Trev.
Thanks so much! I've emailed. My son is very excited!
If I could live on a houseboat, it would be on Loch Ness... you would always have company and a free tow to get around!
Congrats Bethany, you've won a copy of Kev and Trev.
I would choose the Murry River so I can smell Eucalyptus and hear kookaburras laugh while I read (I crave that peace during term 3!)
Congrats Karen, you've won a copy of Kev and Trev.

I did a canal trip around England as a kid and I'd love to go again with my kids, relive the memories!
The river in Paris so I can go to the Eiffel Tower and eat croissants every day (O, 7 years old)

Amazing!! That will be a good book week gift for my girls :-)
Venice, of course! The food, the coffee, the art! In case of flood, I’d swiftly move my boat 😆
